Did it help me prepare for the tests? Yes. Did it tell me everything I needed to know to pass the tests? Nope, missed that mark by a mile. But, since I didn't get as much time to prep as I'd hoped for, I passed with only one or two questions to spare. Did the test preps make a difference on whether I passed or failed? Definitely made the difference _FOR_ME_. There was one to three (maybe more) questions on each test that I would have probably missed had I not seen a very similar question in the test prep series. But most of the questions (specific details) on the actual test did not appear in the test prep series.
If you are expecting school-quality textbooks or study guides, you will be disappointed with this Test Prep series. If you are expecting to see a whole bunch of questions that closely match the subjects and topics you will be asked on the actual test, you may be disappointed. The organization of every booklet looks like questions that folks remembered after they came out of the test (as best they could remember) thrown together in related groups/topics, yet missing any contextual relationship or organization within a given topic. In other words, it more closely resembles a jumble of outline notes I might use to prepare for a writing assignment in school, not the finished assignment.
Let me re-state the most important thing you should take from this review: I BELIEVE THESE BOOKS MADE THE DIFFERENCE IN MY PASSING ON THE FIRST TRY THE THREE TESTS I HAVE SO FAR ATTEMPTED. But I started with a good base of knowledge and experience.
