ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Coding Handbook, 2014 ed., with Answers Description
The ICD-10-CM Coding Handbook is the only guide published in collaboration with the Central Office of the American Hospital Association. The Central Office is the official industry body that prepares the AHA Coding Clinic. The Handbook helps coders understand the principles behind the classification system so they can apply the official coding advice found in the Coding Manual. Academic and in-service instructors can easily arrange course outlines and study exercises around Handbook chapters to train new and experienced coders. Each Handbook contains more than 100 exercises and review questions plus, hundreds of case summary exercises that are based on real patient records.

This is what I'm using to review for ICD-10. The book is very comprehensive. I would have given it five stars if it also has rationales for the exercises and not just the case studies.

The author of the Coding Handbook, did not have the student feeling overwhelmed while learning the material.
I like the Case Summary Exercises.
I would recommend this product, to any student studying in this chosen field.
