I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had writing this book. It was second only to actually creating all of the Juicing Recipes that you see inside and putting them AND my trusty juicer to the test.
The biggest question I get is always this: "
Drew, what is your favorite juice recipe?"
This is like picking a favorite child to me, but I'm very partial to the green vegetable juices. In fact, let me give you some freebie recipes right here (straight out of the book):
Mega Green Man (aka The Day Slayer): When you need a quick "pick me up" this will do the trick every time:
2 carrots
1 broccoli floret
2 collard green leaves
1 ginger knuckle
2 handfuls of spinach

The Infection Fighting Virus Beater: Garlic is an amazing natural antibiotic and this will boost your immune system to knock out stubborn cold:

2 carrots
1/2 beet

Hair Rejuvenator: It's merely a "coincidence" that alfalfa sprouts resemble hair follicles and have been linked to healthy hair growth, isn't it?
1 handful of alfalfa sprouts
4 lettuce leaves
1 lemon
1 cucumber
Sexy Skin Sap: Not only is this juice a great age-defying tonic but it helps colds and nausea:
1 lemon
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch of watercress
2 carrots
1 ginger root
