Used 4 different review manuals to study for NCLEX. Saunders blows all others out of the water! Once I took the nclex, I knew why it is such a popular review book; Questions are worded most closely to actual nclex. The CD is invaluable! USE THIS BOOK THROUGHOUT NURSING SCHOOL TO HELP WITH YOUR EXAMS, you won't be disappointed. This review helps you understand how to answer & use NURSE LOGIC. The very best rationales of all I used. I got 85 questions & passed ncles first time

I bought this new version, and I don't regret the money I spent on it, even if it does not have a CD, but the rationale is incredible, besides it tells you where to find the most important points, e.g those questions you will find in NCLEX exam.
I will recommend this book to every person who is in LPN/LVN program.
