Ok, wow. Returning to Disney with my 2 and 4 year old for the first time since I was about 20 myself (so, almost 20 years), this was an essential refresher on all that is new and old at the Mouse. Simple explanations of the parks, the rides, the rides' ratings for small children, the dining experiences, the fastpasses and fastpass+, the MagicBands, etc. The hotel reviews are not terribly helpful because TripAdvisor is so much more comprehensive, but that's not why you do this. We bought the annual subscription to touringplans.com for less than $10 with the discount code provided with this book, and used the Lines app for Iphone, and spent no more than 10 minutes in line on our last trip in October using customized touring plans. Overall, it made our weekend trip easy, breezy and fun. Not a single meltdown (parental or preschool) the whole weekend. We have seasonal passes and I will update this review if I find any problems as we keep making trips this fall and winter.

Pared down by aprox 400 pages from the Unofficial Guide to Disney. This one tells what you need to know if you are traveling w/ kids to Disney. The other guide is great but if time is limited read this one. Great guide. We are planning to do Disney 1 time so we want the most bang for our buck.
